Okay... Went to meikas, and they had a cockatiel. Name is Lemon, 1yr old suspected female, not handtame but promising. Hope y’all are right.

Update, over a year later. Lemon has grown to be a healthy, happy lil boy! He’s completely hand tame (as long as you’re me) and sings to just about everything (me, my sister, mirrors, toys, the window, the wall, etc.). I chose to let his flight feathers grow in, and have him harness trained. Pics, for comparison!
