So my tiel is 6 months old .She was raised by me since she was 2 weeks old .She was very much tamed and trusted me till.I even taught the step up command easily and then somewhere something went wrong ,suddenly my bird doesnt trust me and bites if I touch her.I think it might be because I forcefully held her in my hand for a long time one day.I read it from somewhere on how to tame a bird .Obviously it was a bad idea and now I don't know how to fix it .She still steps up and lets me scratch its head but other then that doesn't hangout anymore or train with me. Help?

Do you use treats for training? And training sessions should be short, only 10-15 minutes at a time. You just need to slowly rebuild her trust. As you said, forcibly holding a bird isn't a good idea.
