Quick question had 3 week old chicks one died went rigid and freezing cold legs went solid and straight as an arrow pointing back next day a smaller on died in the same way still have 4 that touch wood seem healthy any ideas?

What are the chicks eating? Where are they being kept? Any changes in behavior, appetite, or appearance of droppings?

Can you post a picture of your set up? We can't offer much help without a bit more information Also as Destiny said, what are they being fed? Are they with the parents?
