Clutch expected soon

Hi. My budgie is showing signs that she will lay a clutch soon. I've noticed that she is exhibiting signs of being overheated. Is it common for a hen to be overheated before laying her eggs? The temperature is 74 degrees Fahrenheit and the other parakeet seems fine.

She is holding her wings slightly open and not close to her body as usual.
