Clay-Cal Calcium Supplement for Birds by Hagen Hari

There's a lot of product information to read on the page from supplement benefits to gut flora to detox to poultice.

I'm thinking this is something I would like to have on hand. What do you think of this?

i've had great sucess with clay in general as a supportive treatment in horses. From swollen tendons, as an anti-inflamatory to adding it to their mash to help the digestive system, it actually helped an ameciated mare to gain weight..

Loki has a clay block available to him at all times. They do lick it in the wild, don't they?
Im just not so sure about the dosages.. Not the clay. It will simply pass through.
I have no idea.. Can you overdose a bird with calcium?
Other than that sounds good. Clay is awesome.

I've used many Hari products over the years. I think they're great. Well researched and well made IMO. I've never tried this product but I think I will. Especially beneficial to hens. :)

I've given the Manu blocks in the past, which they destroyed. I'm not sure how much, if any, they ingested. @Karen, I'd love to know how your bird responds to it. Please and thank you. :)
