That should say lovies, I can't edit it lol

Hi everyone, haven't been here for a bit, hope all are well.
Can I please get some ideas of what to make for Milo's chop, what you find your lovebirds enjoy? He seems to becoming more open to veggies lol, but I want to make sure he's on a good diet, getting everything he needs.
My thanks

Check out the link Mizzely posted, it´s very in depth and clear, as well as adaptable and easy.

My lovebirds love peas, peppers, sesame seeds, quinoa, sprouted lentils and leafy greens. They are all faves for most of my birds.

Oscar likes bell peppers, steamed carrots, steamed leafy greens, rice and orzo, sweet potato, cucumber and jalapenos. I also will add a bit of crushed up pellets and Avian Organics chop topper.

Oh my did I get carried away with the amount of chop I made today!!. You'd think I have a flock of birds here, nope just 1!! I hope I have enough ice cube trays for all this!! . But Milo is loving it, so yay! I've taken his seeds right out of his cage as well. I've put a lot of kale, some spinach, yellow pepper, snap peas, sweet potato, carrots, broccoli, cooked and seasoned lentils, quinoa and chick peas! My son said that Milo eats better than we do hahaha! Not true of course! Hope he's getting all his nutrients in what I've made as well, I followed your recipe pretty much I believe @Mizzely so I should be good?! Any suggestions are always welcome!

Rotate in and out different foods. Some things you may want to always have, for eg, I usually always offer peppers of whatever colour I have on hand, but mixing it up and adding and removing foods will keep it interesting and exciting for your bird.
You can use Shawnas guide to help you switch foods out and rotate :)
