Meeting neighbors
This is Chippy, a grey and white pied female cockatiel. When we got her (she was our first bird) Pet City told us she was male and a chick. She died two months after we got her. I was devastated. When we inspected her body turned out she was elderly. (We had already figured out she was female due to her sounds and behaviour before she died.)
We reckon that she used to be a breeding bird and they sold her to Pet City when she was old and no longer to breed. (Some Breeders do that) But a question lingers in my mind sometimes, what if she is related to Smudge? They look very similar, but its unlikely because the breeder we got Smudge from is a very trustable breeder who gives their birds giant happy cages
At least we gave her happy last months. RIP Chippy.
The Photo is of Chippy and My Dad who are both deceased.
Dad died last year in November.
