Haven't been up to posting much about my chickens, so here's some pictures I took recently.

Beautiful chickens! Not to derail your thread but this just happened this week to my friend. She has chickens and I guess one flew up a tree. I didn't realize that was possible. They were in the house and her 9 year old daughter went outside and found the chicken in the tree and was screaming "help" for her parents to come out of the house and help, as I guess the daughter was afraid to leave the chicken. They couldn't hear her but I guess her cries carried to the houses at the bottom of the hill they live on and the neighbors called the police saying they heard a little girl screaming for help. So, sure enough the police show up at my friend's house. The chicken at this point is down from the tree and the daughter is inside the house. Luckily, the police believed them about what happened and one cop even asked how the chicken was.

I love them!! when I was about 3 years old I was at my grandma's house in Mexico and I was always forcing a baby chick to be with me, I loved it so much!
