how much of the chamomile should i put in water for α cup about this size for my cockatiels? i’m obviously not going to leave the flowers or leaves in but i just don’t want to make it too strong for them

update, i put this much in and obviously got all the remnants out with α cheese cloth and it’s this color and doesn’t smell strong at all, i’m going to let it cool and maybe dilute it some more then give it to them:) 41927E2C-B125-493A-B7FA-06B0DC373A3C.jpeg D3A7E260-8195-45C1-A190-9A7646437836.jpeg

I usually dilute by 50%. For lose leaf teas you usually only need about 1 tsp to 6 to 8 oz of hot water.

thank you so much i’m glad i did it right, it smelled like warm water so i’m glad i probably diluted it too much as opposed to it too strong, my parakeets loved it but the cockatiels not so much :ashamed1:
