Cash is asking for it.

Cash is now moving towards my hand to get some attention. He will stepup on the door frame, move under my hand waiting for a rub. He will also let me rub his beak. He still has his moments. But we are getting there.
I am still trying to get him to let me weigh him.
He looks a little heavy to me, thats why I also so call him Chunky .

Can you hang something above the scales to tempt him to stay there?

What it is he doesn't want to come out of the cage. As so as I move my hand with him on it he will jump back to the cage.

A "line of temptation to follow" might work?
