Caring for my 16 year old Tortie

good! I'm glad she's comfy and seems to be doing better! Sub Q fluids help so so much with feeling better so I bet that combined with her food and antibiotic pill will help her! Praying she kicks this thing to the curb. I know what it's like to have an old sick kitty and it's heartbreaking.

I am remaining hopeful, but her age and possible kidneys are going agsinst her.

I just stopped by the Vets house and got more of the canned. I told her if this isn't something she will beat, she is in call to come out to send her over. Right now, we are managing her at this time.

A picture yesterday. Her eyes were not as bright as today.

Not looking very happy. But being palpated, having a thermometer in your buut, to being syringe fed......

Today, seemingly a brighter look in her eyes.


I've been putting her soft fleece blanket near the window to catch some warm sun.

I’m so sorry! We lost our senior male Travolta about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Still sometimes expect to see him underfoot in the kitchen or trying to dart out the front door or into the garage
