First of all, thanks for all the help I received on this forum. If you recall I “rescued” little Pip from a pet store and then was undecided about friends for him. I ended up getting 2 females and they are all 3 sharing a cage and getting along well. At first I had to return one of the females because she turned out to be a he, but i exchanged him and it all worked out. Pip has not sung a single note since I brought the females home but I think he is happier. They are so fun and I love to watch them. I was so worried but I haven’t had any issues at all. I did find out from the breeder that Pip is actually 4 years old and not the young bird that the pet store said he was, but all the more reason to give him a good home. From left to right in the picture is Marigold, Pip, and Princess Buttercup. (My birds, I can name them what I want ). I Have noticed that when they take a bath they are not happy until ALL the water is gone from the bowl. They make a big mess lol. I really love them though.
