Canaries - Early fledge

Good morning All, My first post to this group. What would cause 2 out of 4 Canary chicks to fledge the nest early? Both parents are present and are feeding, though the remaining chicks are now twice the size of the early fledgers. The EF's are looking malnurished. what sould I do? Thanks

Could they have fallen from the nest by accident? Have you tried switching the chicks?
