This sounds stupid, but I was wondering if it’s possible to use a grill to bake wood for disenfecting? I just finished using a bleach/water mix to disinfect some branches but I wanted to do some more and bake it. Do I have to bake it? And if so can I use a grill, or will that just grill the wood?

If you use a BBQ grill your wood will not end up safe for your bird with the smoke imbedded in it.

I do not believe your grill will heat the wood all the way through to the correct temp to kill whatever you’re baking the wood for anyway so it sounds like it would not only be a waste of time but also ruin the wood lol.

You want a flameless, dry heat.

You're better off leaving them in the sun for a few days. Same result.
