Can you feed your bird kidney bean sprouts?

I have two finches and I'm sprouting kidney beans, I was wondering if I could feed the sprouts to them.

Ohh I know there is at least one of the beans that are not ok to feed sprouted but I can not recall which one. @Mizzely should be able to help you this when she is next back online

Kidney beans, sprouted or not MUST be cooked before eating! That goes for people but definitely for birds. There is a toxin in kidney beans that requires cooking to be destroyed.
