I am using a PDF for Toucans but my boss at my bird store said I can follow it for my Lorikeet. Dragon fruit is okay'd on the PDF, but I noticed the "meat" of the fruit has seeds? Is that okay or not?

Hi there, I have a Rainbow as well, just got him this week. I'm just a beginner but I've read that their guts are not made to break down seeds and to me those dragon fruit seeds seem too big. I worry about strawberry seeds even and peel them off before pureeing them, that's probably over cautious but dragon fruit seeds are way bigger and are plentiful. If there is an expert to chime in great, just wanted to offer my opinion.
