Can lovebird eat propolis?

My bird gets the Viral hepatitis.He eats so many antibiotic.But still become bad.His liver become big.The vet said she give him highly antibiotic.If this time he still become bigger,then he can’t do anything.But before his liver become big.his underarm become purple and red.Maybe his body stayed in inflammation situation.Can I give him some propolis and lingzhi?please help me.

lingzhi is mushroom and has benefits for humans but for birds I have no idea. I would be leery of it for your bird.
propolis is new pollen and that would be a big nope.
