I currently have a bonded pair of female GC. I would love to add a third and have a beautiful variety of color, but I don’t know if that will go over well. I’ve had them for a little over a year. Would it be ok to add a third, slowly? They had a large cage that could easily fit three. Thank you for any input!

Welcome! It can be dangerous to add a third to the cage of a bonded pair. The pair considers their cage their territory and can hurt or even kill a bird that they see as in intruder. Even if you got a new cage it would be dangerous to add a third bird with a bonded pair.
