We have some different names of veggies so I don’t want to say yes for sure unless I’m certain of the veg.

If it’s pumpkin then go ahead all is fine.
If it’s the same veg we Aussies call squash then that’s fine too.

Yep, I cut it in pieces for the food processor and then grind those pieces a pit smaller. I leave the skin and seeds, but I cut out the brown spots on the skin.

I just cut them into an assortment of shapes and sizes (after carefully washing and cutting off any parts that don't look great) the same way I do carrots and similar and feed them like that. My birds are budgie sized and have no problems eating all the parts of these yellow summer squash.
