CAG "steals" ringneck's cage

My CAG lives in a King's corner cage (54"X42"X72") in my living room and my ringneck lives in an HQ cage in my dining room that's about 31" wide X 31" tall X 23" deep (usable cage space, not counting the height of four legs).

My house is open concept so it's essentially one big room, but it's a modest sized home and doesn't take much time to get from one end to the other. When I let my birds out, my ringneck will fly around and perch around the house and eventually come over and sit on my arm or leg while I'm watching TV. My CAG will walk around the floor and chew on toys I place in a designated area for her. (There is a play stand, but both are flighted and almost never choose to play on it despite toys, food, etc. I live alone, so I don't have concerns about my grey walking on the floor.)

My grey will often perch on the bottom rung of a dining chair. But lately she's been waiting for a moment I'm not looking at her (watching TV with my ringneck by my side), and she'll quickly climb into the ringneck's cage. It takes a few seconds. (I keep the doors to both cages open so they can return on their own to rest or eat.) She can't be lured out with any treats and seems content inside. I've had to put my ringneck in her cage overnight a few times. He seems unfazed by this.

Should I just let them switch their cages permanently? Should I coax her back to her cage and just keep their cage doors closed when they have free time? Am I overthinking this?

Mine switch cages all the time when they're out and about, convinced that everyone else has better food and stuff. The only thing that would concern me is that the CAG won't come out - I'd be a little worried that the smaller cage might be making her feel nesty. But if she's not being aggressive or hormonal and just seems to like it, I wouldn't sweat it as much as long as she'll come out eventually.
