Buying a new cage

Hi guys! I am looking to buy a new cage for my eight-year-old parakeet Tulip. I am hoping for one that has a light color, horizontal bars, and is high off the ground, but it is so hard to find! I was wondering if anyone has a company I should try or any suggestions?
I am also cautious about nontoxic materials and paints. Not sure what I should be trying to avoid. I am currently looking at the Vivohome 54 inch wrought iron flight cage.

I’ve had some great success with cages on Wayfair too! Just be sure to read the reviews - sometimes manufacturers lie about bar spacing. Costco also has great deals, though largely on the Preview Hendryx F040 & giant parrot cages.

You can find that cage in a lot of other places and it should have reviews :) A&E is newer on the Wayfair website but they are a good company overall.

Curious why you are choosing the 28x18 though over the 32x21? My Bourke's really likes the extra space :)

I was deciding between the two... I am not sure if the bigger one will fit where she is right now. My bird is timid, and I definitely don't want to scare her with too much change.

Gotcha :) If you can swing it I think going bigger is better - she's going to have change regardless with a new cage so might as well give her some extra space if you can! But definitely understand that's not possible for every situation.

Quibble is pretty much fearless (except for hands ) so that makes things easier for me for sure!

I am moving soon so I need to keep her cage a little smaller. I am hoping to upgrade again soon and have been wanting to invest in another bird for a while, currently trying to figure out how to make that as comfortable as possible for Tulip.

Quibble is a fantastic name!
