Budgies laying eggs

So my budgies have laid eggs in their nesting box, 2 so far, and I’m so excited. I only just noticed the eggs because I noticed she hadn’t come out at all today. I was just wondering do I move their cage to a quieter room? They’re currently in my living room and there is a bit of noise and another male budgie who keeps escaping his cage and sitting on top of there’s. I’m just worried if I move their cage they might abandon the eggs or disrupt them somehow. Any advice?

You should be ok moving the cage to another room. I would do it now before any eggs hatch. Try to be as smooth as possible.

The other option would be to move the male escapee and his cage to another room, and try to figure out how he is escaping and work on securing it.
