Hello, I'm new here but I would like some advice. My budgies vent appears swollen and there's feather loss that I've just noticed. She's also been exhibiting this behaviour where she sticks her tail feathers up in the air and her vent sort of pulsates?

Would like to know if this requires a vet visit
