Budgie stretching neck and opening beak

Hi friends,

My green molting budgie (Pista) is suddenly doing this. See link video.

Should I be concerned? Is this normal? I thought there was something stuck in his throat.

A little crop adjustment session is normal, so I think the question would if he's stopped now or if it is continuing. Others can say with greater certainty. Here is an older thread on the same question. Frequent/chronic stretching might indicate an issue.

Yes that's what I researched and figured out a bit. Adjusting his crop. He did stop after that and hasn't done that since yesterday... I should keep a watch however.
