budgie seeds for cockatiel

my cockatiel milo will only eat seeds and millet, I still try everyday to feed him new things but he's quite persistent. he is also sick and its hard for him to open big seeds like sunflower and pumpkin. so I bought him a budgie mix instead so he doesnt have to waste energy trying to open sunflower seeds. is that fine?

From my knowledge its not the best, have you tried sprouting seeds, giving quinoa my budgies go crazy for both!

Budgie seed mix is fine. I suggest you keep trying though to get him to eat other foods too. As I know you're aware, an all seed diet isn't good. Have you tried nutriberries? a lot of tiels will eat those easier then pellets. Also, keep trying with the vegetables.
