I've been planning how to make my budgie a flowing water source.
Alf is definitely a budgie, and by that I mean he's picky as all heck and scared of everything new. I've only seen him drinking water once in the almost 9 years I've had him, and he needs a dang bath! He chirps and squats every time he hears water flowing, so it'd be wonderful if I could make him a budgie safe waterfall (I understand how to filter and pump, and even found good info on bird safe caulking.)
Now my question: is there an oven bake or air dry waterproof bird safe clay? If not is there some sort of foam I can use to build the shape?
I intend to use caulking and rocks to create a natural feel, so the look or moldability isn't as important as safety.
Thanks!
