budgie gender?

Hello everyone. I've had a pet budgie for 3 years named Ari. For a long time ive always wondered what Ari's gender/sex was so if anyone is an expert at this please let me know. im quite confused because his cere appears to be mixed with a bit of blue and alot of white. I've attached some images aswell so that anyone can take a look.

I had a budgie just like that one! Same cere, barring, colors, feet, beak and eyes.
