Budgie dilemma

Hi, I have three budgies - two bigger English ones, and a smaller pied English one. The two bigger ones seem to be picking on the smaller pied one, Percy, even though he is the eldest. What could be the reason? Do you think we should get another pied?
Note - we got the two youngest only two weeks ago. However, we have just learnt that our blue one is female - could this be why the male is picking on the smaller male?

Two's company, three's a crowd Even numbers usually help!

Get another crage for the older one. Three is not a good number in the bird world.

I agree a separate cage for Percy is needed, also even numbers is best with birds so getting Percy a buddy in his cage may also be a good idea so that he isn't singled out any more. Probably another female would be good so that there isn't any jealousy?
