Budgie Constipated.

My almost 2-year old budgie is constipated. Is it alright if I give him a few drops of Vegetable Oil to help him?

its just the unsweetened apple sauce. Nothing else in it

I would just give a small amount or even give him a very small piece of apple, no skin.

Papaya, Miralax, canned pumpkin, mangoes and apple will all help. Make sure he is drinking lots of water.

Miralax is available at most pharmacies but comes under many names in different countries. It is known as Restoralax here in Canada. Do you have any idea why he is constipated?
