Brown's Food Experience?

I am an expat in Panama, Central America. Food choices, like Harrison's, are not available to the best of my knowledge here. The best I could come up with is the Brown's brand.
Does anyone have experience with Brown's or any recommendations?

Can you order online at all?

If that's the only food, it is what it is, but I would heavily focus on veggies, grains, and fruit and have this be 10% or less of the diet

There are very few peanuts in there... so she may get one twice a week. I tend to remove the sunflower seeds and use them as treats.
