Hello, my 'tiel just recently broke a blood feather, I know I would remove it, but how? She doesn't really like me much, bites me sometimes. So I can't really get it out.

Is it still bleeding? If not, I would just leave it. They usually take care of themselves without issue.

I'm glad it's not bleeding anymore It's good to have corn starch on hand to help stop bleeding if need be. Most blood feathers don't have to be pulled. It's only on the rare occasion that the bleeding won't stop that it has to be pulled and it's usually best to have a vet to it if that's possible.
