Hey I had a proven pair off conure now these had 2 eggs fertile still couple days to go but tonight the cock flew away and managed to keep the hen

I wondering can I try pair her up again or will the new cock kill the eggs
If anyone can helps thanks

I am not sure that right now would be the best time to introduce another bird to the mother, but I am bumping this up someone else may see it

You could pair her up again, but after this breeding season has passed. You will most likely lose the eggs. I'm not sure if she will continue to incubate and feed them by herself. Most likely not, but you never know. Once the season is over you could get a companion for her and do a slow introduction. If you add a male now, you could deal with aggression, or injury.
