I believe they you would have to be put on a waiting list, but Caique Breeder - White bellied & Black headed Caiques - Brotogeris Parakeets - Shady Pines Aviary is one of, if not the, most respected breeders of brotogeris parrots in the United States.
Hello thank you for your reply! I have already looked into them and she told me she no longer has a Canary winged parakeet breeding pair. Any other places?

I am not aware for any other breeders in Florida.
