breeder “review” thread?

i was thinking about when I was looking to get my GCCs, and how confused I was when it came to comparing breeders (espc those that relied on social media, not websites and therefor didn’t have any testimonials - which I tend to not trust anyways). In the end, I got Ollie and Spunky from an absolutely amazing breeder… off Craigslist (not everyone there can be trusted, but this guy was amazing).

Anyways, I was thinking about why AA doesn’t have a thread for people to discuss their experiences with their breeders. It would help new members coming in who are wondering about specific breeders and it would be a sure way to get a trusty review.

Is there some kinda rule that doesn’t allow that? Or has no one thought of it yet lol.

is there a thread to share cage setups?
i feel like that should also be a thing here - i love looking at cage/play gym set ups for inspiration and getting advice on my set up.

I don't know about any rules concerning breeder review threads, but there is a a thread where you can post your cage setups. If you go to Avian Avenue Street Topics and scroll down to Toys and Cages Bypass, you'll see it.

I would make a review but I got my birds from PetSmart a long time ago and my GCCs from a Craigslist breeder so..
