Thanks everyone - My two (Sunny and felix) go crazy for it every morning! Felix's faves are the bread the peas and peppers and sunny seems to really like to mix her pellets with the peppers and the broccoli. Its hard to say exactly how much i put in their bowls. i put the pellets in their easy foraging toys, and sprinkle just a few on the bottom of their morning meal dish. then cover with veggies a good 2 or so pinches per bird (probably a .50 piece if it was a whole globe) then a bit of the grains and bread.. i will take a picture of dinner tonight too.. The fosters are starting to get the hang of the feeding routine.. love their pellets though. I have come to know why i love GCC's so much though spicoli (and Felix) will eat anything i offer them! he took right to the fresh salad today, it felt like winning the best prize!

here is my veggie mix today - i will be feeding this in the mornings with sprouted TOP all in one seeds and birdie bread
and then adding to to the grain mix in the next picture for dinner..
Veggies: brocoli, cucumber, zucchini, carrots, peppers. Next batch will be lettuce heavy (all my lettuce got nasty practically overnight)

the grains are, wheat berries, rye berries, barley, long grain brown rice, organic vegtable alphabet noodles, garden variety organic, rotini noodles, Whole wheat elbow noodles, and ORZO, but as you can see there are much more grains to noodles
