I'm not exactly sure what you mean.
I've kinda organized my life in a way that he can "help me out" with many things I do in a day.
Like helping me cook, do the dishes, laundry, doing paperwork (he's an excellent paper shredder), taking showers (he mostly dry bathes, but it's a sing/sound making/ scream fest)... On my days off we take a siesta (him in the cage, me on the couch) in the birdroom. Basically I try to make all (birdsafe) activities a flock thing.
And then there's active Loki time which includes:
-chatting,
-training,
-teaching him to play with his toys,
-teaching him to forage,
-cuddles,
-playing peekaboo,
-playing footbal/defend the fort
(When he's in the mood we would literally be throwing a wooden ring to one onother.. when he's not in the mood he merely throws it off the table/ couch with a moan
).

My sous chef. Nevermind the mess.
He likes to converse a lot.. so we do that a lot.
