A lot of these questions you've had seen like they would be more appropriate for a Google search? As they are not birds that anyone else on the forum seems to have. Maybe first do a search here to see if anyone else has brought up the species before, and if not, dive into some research :) You're more likely to get answers quicker and more appropriate for your area.

I am not trying to be rude, but I will say this anyways. Other than parrots, there are few species of birds that would work as "pets" in any sense other than as an aviary bird of caged bird. Mousebirds are an exception.
