You can make some super simple toys out of cardboard, paper cupcake wrappers, clean wooden coffee stirrers, cardboard boxes and so on. I would avoid cardboxes if he's hormonal as it can trigger nesty behaviour, but if he's young and needs a distraction there's nothing better. Put some treats in a clean egg carton and let him destroy it.

Sometimes simple is better :)

update
its been a few days and hes all better now the flour I put before clotted and is intact, he hasn't been picking at it for a while, but hes sleepy a lot, okay hes active alot most of the day, but he still tends to get tired here and there, hes eating and drinking normally, and his poop is normal too.

how does a bird heal from blood loss? do they stay tired for a while after it?
That would make sense, as the body has to manufacture more
But to me a tired bird is a sick bird.

okay, he doesn't have any other symptoms tho, and is active most of the time, but hes less active than all my other birds.
