Video Birdy Bento Boxes

Good morning, here's another great idea for real food for your feathered buddies. Bento Boxes with the following items in it: bean mixture- black beans, chickpeas, lentils, spelt, millet, chia; all cooked in slow cooker until chickpeas are soft,( they take the longest to cook).
Steamed broccoli and carrots, brown rice spaghetti cooked. (All these should be coarsely ground) . Hagens' Tropimix. Layer it up and add a topper, toppers include: ground flaxseeds, dry chia and hemp hearts.

Added note:
If you do these add 1/2 to a full tablespoon of warm water to the bento box after you thaw it. This fairly dry and if your bird likes moister food you'll need to add water.
