I cut out a plastic bottle as the bird's water container, I put some tape around the edges bcuz it was kinda sharp when I ran my finger on it, and didn't want them to hurt their feet on it. 2-3 hours later I went to change their water and saw that they had chewed on the tape and a bit pieces of it was gone, they might've eaten it. What should I do?

What kind of tape and how much did he eat? Have you seen any tape bits in his poo? Is he vomiting when he eats?

If possible move him to his travel/sleep cage or animal carrier. Keep him cozy and warm (not hot) and away from cold AC blasts. Provide lots of water in easy to reach bowls near where he is perching. If he isn't passing the tape and vomits when he eats, he is probably impacted (clogged digestive system) and the only help would be an emergency visit to the vet. If the tape is passing and he can hold down food, you might be successful with the very risky support-and-wait plan. If there is any way to drive to a vet, even if it's two hours away, that is probably going to be the highest chance for a good outcome since he is already showing serious symptoms.

Above was from a post about a bird chewing and possibly swallowing tape a couple of years ago.
For now, check around his area to see if the tape is there.
Monitor him and check his poop to see if he passes it out.
Keep him warm and monitor his activity.

Hello, How is your bird?

Another thing, if you don´t have a bird bowl, you can use a small ramekin or little dish from the kitchen.
