Hi All,
I recently adopted an African Grey. For some unknown reason, only one wing is what looks to be clipped. I would like to allow both wings to fully grow out. The question is, is it better to clip the other wing so both sides can grow out together?

I probably would even them out. Since they lose their wing feathers symmetrically, it should resolve itself after that :)

Doing only one wing used to be a very popular way to keep birds grounded. Some people still do this with poultry and fowl.
