I want to expand on Blackhead disease.

Chickens can carry this illness and never have any symptoms. Turkeys are very sensitive to this illness. It will kill turkeys fast, and there is no cure.

This is why it is highly suggested to NOT keep chickens with turkeys. If one seemly happy healthy chicken joins a flock with turkeys it can kill your entire flock of turkeys.
