Bird safe heater and humidifier

Hey,

My babies are going through a tough molt and thier feathers are growing in very slow.

I have been worried they may be more cold than normal, so I try to keep the heat up, but I think that it making them very itchy.

I'd like to turn the heat back down and offer a safe heat source they use when they want to.
Any advice on which ones are safest?

Also looking for advice on an easy to clean bird safe humidifier?

I have K&H pet products heaters in each of my birds cages. They don't use them much but it doesn't get cold in my room. I haven't had to plug them in for about a year.

Anyone tell me if ultrasonic humidifiers are safe for birds? I see them all over Amazon..and I have no clue!
