I really want to make aebleskivers (a danish dish, basically pancake balls) and for that I need an aebleskiver pan. Finding one with good reviews is difficult but finding one that’s bird safe as well is proving extremely challenging. Does anyone know any bird safe brands that have aebleskiver pans I can use?

I had to look up what that is, but am always intrigued by baking challenges. It's easy to forget that before the era of mass production most kitchens had very few gadgets but the food coming out of them was better.

This person claims to teach you to make it without a special pan:

And lots of people appear to use mini muffin tins or poached egg pans (not that you need a poached egg pan to poach eggs, but I digress).

Aluminum & stainless steel poached egg pans are easy to come by. So are aluminum muffin tins.
