Bird is nibbling her feet&legs

She isnt hirting herself or anything but she randomly stops what shes doing looks at her legs as if something is on her, and sometimes she nibbles her feet or her legs. Nothing looks wrong with them, but i dont know why she does it.

What kind of bird do you have? I have noticed my budgie does that. She'll pick up her foot and nibble at it like she's grooming herself.

What kind of perches does she have in her cage? Sometimes birds do this when their feet are irritated.

Store bought one and i have a piece of a tree in there too but im not sure what kind of tree it is. She mainly nibbles at her toes and her knees.

Birds do groom their foot scales, just as they do their feathers. She may be doing routine care. If you're noticing it more than once a day, she might have something irritating her joints. Would it be possible to take her to a vet for a check up?
