Bird feed recommendations

I’m thinking of trying out a mix with carob coated fruit/veggies. Anyone have any experience? I’m a little worried about the carob coated fruit/veggies. I’m trying to find a more affordable feeding program. I’m currently feeding Harrison’s and I do a huge order from nuts.com(fruits,veggies,nuts).

There is only carob coated almonds to my knowledge.

So carob is safe for parrots? I’ve also avoided giving carob to my flock.

Carob does not contain theobromine that is the toxic substance in chocolate or caffeine. Is it beneficial? No. Is it a safe treat in moderation? Sure.

I finally got a bit last night early morning. First real sleep since I caught this dang cold! Problem is I kept waking up every hour & a half but fell back to sleep. Its rainy/drizzley here today & I don't feel like doing anything. I've got a dozen & a half things to do & just can't seem to motivate. Maybe more caffeine hmmmm...
