Hello everyone. I am sorry if this post is in the wrong place, I am new here.

My parakeet Cookie has a fatty tumor, and it is recommended to be put on strict diet. I don't know what kind of diet I should give to Cookie, so can you help me if anyone has been in this situation? (What food precisely)

What is Cookie eating now? Have you ever tried giving her sprouted seeds? They are lower in fat than regular seed (plus more nutritious) and birds usually take to them pretty well.

She is eating regular bird food (seeds), so I will definitely try sprouted seeds. Thank you very much:swoon:

Greens if she will eat them, like kale, broccoli, shredded carrots, zucchini, etc. some will eat if attached to cage bars others will only touch it all chopped up fine with just a sprinkle of seeds to encourage her to taste it., it's probably going to be a time of what she accepts and how it is presented.
