I am thinking of getting one of those round black bath fountain sprinkler things you place in water. Its supposed to shoot water in the air. Giving the water movement. Are those any good?

I haven't used one personally but I know it's a pretty common thing in aviaries

They can be quite nice for your birbs. I'll tag @Shezbug.

Sorry, I have absolutely no idea what the round black bath fountain sprinkler things are so can’t offer any help here.

FYI- adding a link is usually much more helpful than describing things.

We had one...but it broke pretty quickly, and ours was solar powered. So if the sun wasn't shining directly on it, it was useless. I loved the idea though!

I had one for my cats and it was wonderful, but you had to be careful or it would grow mold super quick.

Thank you!
I’d be guessing at that price they’d not last long if they even worked lol.
Some can go for a few thousand dollars US, but I was trying to find a small, inexpensive model that someone may try putting in a bird bath.

Would that spray be too hard for canaries?

I use the little table top fountains. They don’t last that long - especially if your birds consistently throw all the water out so the pump is running dry. They love em though.
Also have 2 of John’s bird baths, which they use very often.
