Urgent Bird accidentally ingesting glasses cleaner?

Hello, I am worried my birds (Cockatiel and budgies) have ingested glasses cleaner. When I cleaned off my glasses, I forgot to wash my hands before changing their food and water. I don't know if any cleaner got in their food or water from my hands, does anyone know how toxic lense cleaner can be?
