Hey everyone, I've been feeding my lovebird Harrison's bird food (adult lifetime) for her whole life, so for 5 years.
I order it online from various websites but lately it's almost been impossible to find it.
Any suggestion for another brand that is similar/just as good?
Thanks in advance.

The best one is the one they will eat, do well on, and that fits your budget and availability ;)

What specific qualities do you like about Harrison's?

Roudybush is probably one of the better, more readily available foods, at least in the United States. Not sure where you're shopping!

Hagen/Hari is also becoming increasingly easier to find and my picky Jardine's has decided it's worth eating for now ;)

If you are shopping in Australia, Vetafarm offers great quality pellets. There are pellets tailored to different breeds, but for general all-rounders you could try maintenance or nutriblend. They come in 350g, 2kg, 8kg and 10kg bags.

Imo Harrison's and Roudbushy are the best and the ones I've had the best experiences with. But like Shawna said, the best pellet is the one your bird will eat reliably, etc. :)
I like to do a mixture of Harrison's and Roudybush

The only brand i feed is Topps. All the other brands make my ekkie wing flip and toe tap.

Tops is not a complete pellet as it does not contain D3. I would recommend trying to get as close to nutritionally complete as you can with chop and then maybe giving a tablespoon or so of pellets a week. Anything under 50% diet of pellets is still nutritionally incomplete, but ekkies are hard to get anywhere close ):

The "that they will eat" is really important, and useful to find out before you can no longer get their current one.

Just because I thought they might be better I tried pretty hard to convert my DYH Amazon from Roudybush (which she loves) to Harrison's and separately Top's. She wasn't having any of it. I guess she might have eaten it before starvation, but I finally gave up.

I think Roudybush is a bit sweeter, so going in that direction may be easier. But keep some of the old around in case the transition goes poorly enough you have to switch back.
